Hi, I’m Alice,  a silver haired 50 year old who has always taken life by the horns, but never more so than when I hopped onto the online world of Internet Marketing.  Since then, I’ve been on a crash course of self-discovery, profound creativity and greatly expanded horizons.  I  now truly believe that anything is possible because of the age we’re living in.

I’m practical, fiercely independent and somewhat of a considerate rebel.  You see, whenever I come across anyone telling me “That’s the way it’s done,” I immediately want to ask “Why?”  And often proceed to do it my own way, albeit politely. 🙂

As a result, there’s nothing traditional about the way I make money, raise my children and worship God. Perhaps my philosophy is best described in the words of Shakespeare:

This above all: to thine own self be true,

And it must follow, as the night the day,

Thou canst not then be false to any man.

I’m was born in Greece, grew up in England and traveled around the world, living in seven different countries.  When I was 36 I married my partner in life, Michael, and went on to have two amazing children who mean the world to me.  They are my joy and my “why”.

Dare To Go Digital was born from a desire to share our entrepreneurial journey, but even more, to encourage, empower and inspire others to make the leap from traditional employment to a digital lifestyle of working anytime, anywhere.

You see, what really matters to me is… FREEDOM.  It motivates me.  But I don’t just want it for myself.  I want it for others too. I know too many people who are living a defeated life.  It saddens me.  I want to show them that, if I can break free from the rut and live a life of freedom, they can too…

Join me on this journey of self-discovery and creativity, and find out a few things about yourself on the way.  Life’s too precious to do anything else.

Above all, be true to yourself.

    Hi Alice

Great website, I love your “Why”. I do agree that Freedom is the reason I do what I do online.

There was a comment made to one of my kids a few weeks ago about how we were poor because we didn’t work. It was rather annoying but also funny in the same context. I am on the Isle of Wight, I enjoy where I live, I enjoy my lifestyle and now as the kids are starting to grow up I need MORE Lifestyle to keep them all happy, ONLINE will supply that and yes I will still have NO Job.

Some people just don’t understand “Freedom”.

    Great About Page Alice

Thanks James. We’re living in an age where there are much better alternatives to simply “having a job”, even though it’s taking a while for people to realize this. I’m excited for our kids to be able to have a choice when they get older and to be able to choose freedom! 🙂
